SURFSIDE
Occupancy: 4 adults and one child under 12 max.
CHECK OUT TIME IS 11AM CHECK IN TIME IS 2PM
Once you have reserved Surfside for a stay, you will need the code which either your rental agent or the Seversons will give you.
Use this code to enter the front gate and then to retrieve your keys from the lockbox by the front door. Front door is on the garden side of the house. Use this door when locking up as the upstairs sliding doors only lock from the inside.
Storage room in the back laundry is available for windsurf gear; key by phone.
Two cars allowed. Please ask guests to park outside fence by mailboxes and not in the spaces allotted to tenants.
Outside hot shower is available for your use in the yard. BBQ is in the yard. Recycle is behind the back house, Paia side.
High speed DSL for computers located under the bar by the phone. Wireless also available. The Surfside kitchen is fully equipped, as are the bath and bedrooms. DVD players, CD players available. All you need to bring some DVDs, groceries and your windsurfing gear!
At check-out, please turn off ceiling fans, leave remote gate control by the phone and lock doors. Put key in the lock box by downstairs door.
