When your stay has been confirmed you will be given a private Beach House code. Use this code to enter the front gate and then to retrieve your keys in the lock box by the front door. The front door is up the stairs on the Kahului side of the house.
When leaving the property by car be sure to take the gate clicker with you (located on the kitchen counter).
Outdoor hot shower is at the bottom of the stairs.
BBQ is in the yard. No BBQs on the deck please.
Two cars allowed. Please ask guests to park outside the fence (by the mailboxes) and not in the spaces in the yard allotted to tenants.
Recycling is behind the back house, Paia side. Cardboard, plastic, cans and glass are recycled. Thank you.
At checkout, please turn off all ceiling fans, leave the gate remote on the kitchen counter and lock all doors. Put the key in the lock box: punch the code to open the box.
