When your stay has been confirmed you will be given a private Surfside code. Use this code to enter the front gate and then to retrieve your keys in the lock box by the front door. Front door is at the garden side of the house. Use this door when locking up as the upstairs sliding doors only lock from the inside.
When leaving the property by car be sure to take the gate clicker with you (located on the kitchen counter).
Outside hot shower is behind the bamboo fence in the yard.
BBQ is in the yard. No BBQs on the deck please.
Two cars allowed. Please ask guests to park outside the fence (by the mailboxes) and not in the spaces in the yard allotted to tenants.
Recycling is behind the back house, Paia side. Cardboard, plastic, cans and glass are recycled. Thank you.
At checkout, please turn off all ceiling fans, leave the gate remote on the kitchen counter and lock all doors. Put the key in the lock box: punch the code to open the box.
